You know the term "When it rains, it pours." Right? Well, I hate it when one thing comes up that I have to take care of and then another and it just snowballs. If you know me you know I stress. My middle name is "anxiety". Stuff seems to run in at least three. I just got through getting all the paperwork done for the kid's medical. That took about 2-3 weeks. My grandson got some paperwork from SSA. We had to go through a list from his lawyer and see if this was something we needed to fill out and send in. Now I find that my insurance isn't going to carry me in 2025. That wonderful insurance I had will end at the end of December. Oh, joy of joys. I have long since forgotten all the insurance stuff I knew. So, ya, my anxiety rose last night and didn't calm itself until about 9a. Then I slept today until 4p. So today I called Medicare. I was sure I was going to have to go thru H*LL but-- The first lady was nice but she told me I needed to call my doctor's office to see which plans they take so I can be sure to keep the same doctor. Okay. Did that and they take anything. So, I called Medicare back and was able to get a plan number. Just can't sign up until October 15th. DONE. All so easy and I was stressed over it. It's so normal for me to stress whenever the outside world wants a piece of me or mine. I am now breathing normally and eating some of my favorite Baskin Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge.
