Peanuts are more legumen than nuts. They contribute to heart health and brain function with the nutritioins they are loaded.
More importance is given to almonds but one needs to take some time and study the benefit of this humble legumen and add it to their daily diet.
I eat peanuts in many forms apart from butter, I boil them. eat roasted peanuts and even add them in vegetable dishes.

I eat walnuts and almonds but I prefer peanuts Just yesterday a freind of mine paid a visit and brought me a box of dry fruits - almonds, pistas, walnuts and cashewnuts. I do not much like pistas as they are always salty.

My uncle used to eat peanuts. He got me started on eating them, but I stopped. I do eat peanut butter though and peanuts in trail mixes.

I love nuts! And peas! And peanuts!
They're probably among my favorites because they're rich in protein, that's common among legumes.
Then cashews and hazelnuts. I'm from a region that grows many hazelnuts, so the appreciation towards this nut might be in my DNA.
