My husband heard that the Road Department used to install mailboxes. I called and left a message but haven't heard back from them. I also called the appeals office to get my questions answered about the appeals form...they haven't called back either.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, tropical fruit
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - Pizza
What did you eat yesterday?

I hope they will have a better service.
I ate ramen and rice for breakfast;
then I ate fish + eggplant and rice for lunch; I did not eat dinner yesterday.

I think all the road department does anymore is install potholes. 
Chicken tacos for lunch, chicken sammich (BBQ) and chicken soup for dinner. And apples, etc.

I wasn't aware they would do that. But maybe it's a local thing?
For dinner I just made what I call "pepper steak," but I am sure it's not really that. At least it's nothing like pepper steak I would order from a Chinese restaurant. I just brown some strips of round steak, then add in onions and peppers. Then I add in some beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and add in a brown gravy packet for a little extra flavor, then add in cooked rice.
