The Power of the Phrase: "I am overloaded"

Allow me to express how I feel about what transpired last night. I had the impression that my Chinese employer had been recruiting a lot of students recently. During a specific period of free time yesterday night, I thought I could take a half-hour rest. Suddenly, I had a last-minute student reservation online. Then, during the lecture, the customer support representative continued to deliver messages. I sent her this message and she is aware that the lesson was in progress: "I am overloaded. Please stop nagging me." I chose to ignore her without providing an explanation. If I do, it will be a long story. How can you handle this situation? Do you have the patience to deal with naggers? I think she needs to know. At the back of my mind, she tends to be taking advantage the virtual teachers for oveloading them, which is not right for me.

@rakski You said it right. That's why I stopped working in my previous company. I hope it will not happen again with this current company again.

You said it right. The worst part is I need to translate her text messages from Chinese to English.

@grenery8 That is so annoying for me to handle. So, I just ignore her most of the time.

She kept on instructing me on how to teach the students online. As if she is a teacher, which is not.

This is what I always do. It is better to ignore her to stop.

Sorry you had the customer support representative nagging you during the lecture. I would have acted the same, maybe "I'm too busy right now, please contact me later" as only simple words would probably come out, after a bunch of curses and swear words I'd hold inside.

I think this person does not have the sense of sensitivity. I need to call her attention with this matter. I really do not like her way of sendings messages, too.
