Trump is exhausted

among other things. His interviews and public appearances have been so off the rails that his team is actively trying to keep him from doing appearances. He has said some really insane stuff over the past couple of weeks. Like WTF stuff. So he and his team keep cancelling planned interviews and appearances. I think we are up to like 4 or 5 now just in the past month. No to 60 minutes. No to NBC. No to the NRA event. No to a podcast. No to a second FOX News debate. The Trump campaign's excuse is that he is "exhausted". Wait! What? The healthiest individual in the history of the universe is tired? I am SHOCKED that they would try that line because Trump immediately claimed he was not tired and, predictably, the human being on Earth with the most energy. I think they are trying to keep confused Grandpa off of the stage for any event that won't be 100% sycophantic. The guy clearly has lost his marbles. The things he says are just insane. A recent favorite is the Universion town hall with Hispanic women where he said that January 6 was "a day of love" and followed it up with "no one died. Ashli Babbitt died. It was very peaceful." Wait--WHAT? If you watch the video of that moment you can see a woman visibly do a double-take. So Trump is cutting back on the more challenging things like interviews and speeches. Looks like the campaign will only give him time with Trump-friendly journalists/broadcasters. As Kamala said--if he is too exhausted to campaign then why should anyone think that he would have the stamina to do the job of President?
