Baking Some Awesomeness!

I got a bread machine as I didn't want to be turning my oven on here in this ol apartment. So I had some good gift cards and used them to get most of the price off it. It is lovely and green, sort of a sea green machine. Right now I am making some Irish Raisin Bread in it. It'll be done here shortly. Nice and hot and fresh. We will slather it with luscious butter and chomp it. What do you like to bake? The whole apartment smells beautiful.

That is one of my favorite smells, freshly baked bread. We have a bread machine too, though it's been a while since we last used it. Enjoy your Irish Raisin bread.

Irish raisin? Sounds interesting. I would have to pass on the raisin. I don't like to bake much these days

yes for the butter and this little machine looks amazing. not sure why it reminded me of that animated movie, wall-e, maybe cause it's cute not baking anything but would like to buy myself some treats

My dad often uses his bread machine to make the bread. As to me, I like to use the stand mixer to make a dough and then make different kinds of bread after that.

My sister lives in the country and cannot buy bread easily. So she has been making bread in her bread making machine for years. The smell in the house is delicious when the machine is working. My sister sets it to work and goes off to work herself.

Ohhhh, how did it turn out? Is that anything like the Irish Soda bread? May you have many magnificent loaves of bread with your new bread machine!

What makes your Irish Raisin Bread Irish? I can smell how great it smells where i am across the country from you! I would love to get a bread machine again. I got one for Christmas in my teens and mommy and i loved that machine! Mommy and I always made my family rolls as a family we loved the rolls. I don't remember where we got the recipe but i remember we made them a lot! Enjoy your Irish Raisin Bread!
