Today's trip to the little Tesco. (29/10/2024)

I've been to the little Tesco this morning. My Mum gave me her shopping list, club card, TV magazine voucher and £30. She said she didn't know why she was giving me £30 because she thought £20 would be enough, but she gave me the £30 anyway. When I went out it was a bit cloudy, but not raining. I wore my big grey coat without the hood. My Mum wanted honey roast peanuts, and I said they were usually on the corner just before you turn to go to the till, so I told her to put it at the bottom of the list, but she said you also go passed there to get to the TV magazines, so she put them at the top of the list! When I went into the shop there they were at the end of the isle I first go down, so I did get them first after all! So then I went further down that isle and got the TV magazines. Then I went round the corner and got 2 chocolate croissants for my Mum and Syd, and then I got a snickers for Syd aswell. My Mum told me to get some soft sweets like liquorice allsorts or marshmallows, but Syd had liquorice allsorts last week, so I got some marshmallows. I was going to get the Haribo brand, but then I saw that Tesco's own brand was 30p cheaper, so I got those. Then I got some bananas and 2 lots of strawberries, and then I got a box of Alpen cereal with no added sugar for me. Lastly I got 2 bottles of milk and then I went to pay. It was a good job my Mum had given me the £30 because it came to £20 and some pennies! So I got a £5 note as change, with 4 £1 coins and a few other coins! When I was coming home from the shop the sun came out and started to shine on me! When I got home I told my Mum it was a good job she'd given me the £30, then I gave her her change, club card, TV magazine voucher and shopping list. Then I unpacked the groceries and put them away. Before I came on here to tell you about it, I had a look at one of the TV magazines. So now I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer again. What are you lot getting up to today? I hope you are all well.
