Chef Horse does it again!

I have invented yet another brilliant dish, using only ingredients available at local American grocery stores I am not sure what to call this one. Perhaps "Rotini Chez Horse." I boiled up the rotini and added olive oil and onions. And some peppers. And Parmesan cheese. It was delicious. I understand that I am an internet sensation in Italy. Do you think I should start my own cooking website?

@TheHorse It's not because of fake Parmesa, we do not use Parmesan cheese with oil, only with butter.

@LadyDuck Hmm. When I asked for butter in Italy (for my break) they looked at me like I had three eyes.

@TheHorse NO, it does not exist with "oil and Parmesan", Oil with hot peppers yes, NO Parmesan, at most a bit of Pecorino Romano.

That website would be a good idea. You can post pictures and videos there. By the way, what exactly is Rotini? I am not familiar with this ingredient.
