Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 82 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is GORGEOUS! Top down for sure. I'm done with in-person work for the day. After work I raced to the Interlock place for the final data collection. I am compliant of course so I will receive an email in a day or two stating that. Then I have to go to the MVC about 45 minutes north to have my drivers license updated. After that then the appointment for the removal is next Wednesday. So one more week with this devil device. I have an hour of tutoring today. I hope that the student shows because she didn't on Saturday. I don't get paid for any more no-shows by her. After that it is full-on carrot cake mode. I have a lot to do! Who knows if I will even get around to having dinner? What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

Don't get paid for no-shows? That ain't fair. Why?

I don't know. That is just the policy. Maybe it is different from when teachers used to have to go to student homes in person. I would insist on being paid for every visit if they weren't there.

Yesterday was Olive Garden and then my husband's 2nd cousin did a whole lot around the house for me. Today I will work on email addresses...the ones that are left are problems; and I probably will have to make a few phone calls. Have a good day.
