Backward, Forward

It is that time of the year again for us to be confused at work. Since we are following the Pacific Timezone not the Philippine time at work, we are too need to adjust our clocks. If you move your clocks backwards in the US, we move ours here in the Philippines forward (at least for those with a US-based work). I work 4 PM Pacific, before the change, that's 7 AM here, but starting today, I will report to work at 8 AM.

I prefer working in the morning and follow the Philippine Standard time.

Sort of. But not an outsourced employee anymore. Because the company based original in the office opened an office here in the Philippines.

i always thought employers follow the rules of the country they are in. very confusing and sorry.
