Nordic Walking: What Is It?!?

Most of us are aware that walking is one of the simplest exercises to do. It can be a journey for us to keep fit as fiddles. This is the catch statement from a doctor in Massachusetts General Hospital. Doctor Aaron Baggish claimed that normal walking cannot strengthen the upper half of our people's bodies.  In accordance with this, Nordic walking can achieve working out the whole body. The only difference is that the person needs to use poles to draw him forward as he or she walks. To picture it out, it is like skliing on the snow. In this way, he or she can use 90% of his or her back, chest, shoulder, and arm muscles. Do you have any experience with Nordic walking? How frequently do you take walks? Where in your area are some of the best spots for a stroll? Image Credit: images.squarespace-cdn.com

I never tried it, too. I am sure it will be beneficial for our bodies to try it.

I've seen people using these walking poles. I thought they were more for support but it's interesting to know they're to help with muscle usage.

I also had seen some people use them. I thought they were other types of canes.

That's great! I read an article before that it can lose weight if walking 10,000 steps every day.
