Palpitations doctors say are harmless but they are a nuisiance as I get them often and at this moment I am getting them
I have a conditoin called MVP - Mitral Valve Prolapse which is related to the heart valve that does not close fully and a bit of blood remains in the heart This is a benign condition and I am having it since birth and is under control
I am treated for it and it is only when I am highly strung I get those palipations. That is the situation as of now. I have several issues to deal with.
It is the sleep that gets disturbed with it and that happened to me last nigh.
The other causes are dehydration as far as I know.
There could be other causes.

I think you need a lot of water for the dehydration - or you have other treatment for that? Hope you are monitoring your water intake.
For palpitation, I hope you always take care of yourself it is really not a good feeling having those. Always make your day busy with lovely things, and even though you feel those things, always feel your mind and heart with positive thoughts, have a great day.

Anything like that can be annoying and worrisome

Mine seems to be on account of MVP which is a birth defect. I take tablets for it but these days I notice they start even with the least stress. Are you doing anythikng about it?
