These stuffed cones are steamed. Cones are prepared from jack fruit leaves. They are lined with ground rice paste and filled with coconut, jaggery and cardamom mixture. We prepare this delicacy once a year specially during Christmas time. We have enough and more jack fruit trees in our garden. There is no dearth of leaves that we can use to make these cones. I will make them coming Christmas
