What is the first food you target in buffets?

I always target seafood and expensive meats like beef and lamb because they are the most expensive. I avoid rice, pasta, cake, pie and bread because they will make me full and I can eat them for cheap the next day or week. So the Shrimp, crabs, lobsters, lamb and beef are my main target. I eat veggies for digestion but I avoid desserts too because they can make me lose appetite. My target is to surpass the price I paid for.

I target for starters first! Then if I have enough space in my tummy, will go to the main dish! At last, it will be desserts!

@CaptAlbertWhisker I do take my time with starters if I find anything tasty! My favourite dessert is icecream over other kinds!

My eyes are on the desserts but obviously I cannot attack them before I start on my starters (lol)

@freelancermariagrace It has a bit of sticky rice which is heavy, I will eat sushi on a regular day but not on a buffet

I went to Barbeque Nation (a buffet restaurant here) and targeted all the barbeque items- grilled shrimps mostly. I had like 14 grilled shrimps ig.

Well its probably the most expensive item. Shrimps are always expensive unless its krill.
