I Love Soup

Kielbasa is good. We have it occasionally in the winter months. We had pinto bean soup last week. We are having ham and lentil soup tonight. We have corned beef and cabbage soup sometimes too. Enjoy.

I admit I never made homemade soup, but I do love to heat a can of soup like tomato or I am enjoying Campbell's chunky soups. I will enjoy it in the winter, but I don't know about the summer as this past summer I didn't cook so I didn't have an opportunity to cook during that season. But i may make soup a year-round habit

I do and prepping some now as I'm writing. This one will be smaller and not full of what I usually make but it's hard to cook a giant pot of my regular soup in a travel trailer. This one is diced steak, zucchini, yellow squash, field peas, mixed veggies like carrots, celery, tomatillos, elbow mac at the last minutes and canned diced tomatoes with peppers and garlic. I have one more hour with the steak and will begin adding the rest.
