On this Monday i received an email from the dormitory where i applied for the educator position.
I honestly didn't read it through the end, i just saw first words Thank you and that usually means i'm not accepted. Now i received an email that a worker who took sick leave, for whom i was picked to be a substitute, will go back tomorrow on work. At first i thought he would take his leave starting tomorrow and i called headmistress twice and emailed too, thinking i got the job.
No response. Then i realised, there is no job and they are letting me know just that he was coming back. In first email, it was said i am picked as a substitute and that i should contact the headmistress. Why not telling me all in the email when will i start working, all fishy and gues what? On their official site, there is no announcement who's picked for the job. Shaddy business.
From human point of view, i don't understand why sending me an email saying this employee is coming back tomorrow if i didn't respond at first or they called me to be his substitute? People usually call here if you got the job.
Is this their sick joke? i don't understand their intention or way of thinking and I don't want to communicate with them again. There's something wrong with them in professional and in other sense. I expected a call and they did this. Unebelievable.
P.s. i sent sms message telling i don't want to be contacted again and said thank you.
I might be miserable not having a job but i don't want to play games like this anymore. Disgusting.

This b something behaviour belongs to high school or else where.let's say i answered email or called her, she would have made something else up,like she was doing from the start and the most essential proof is not giving any announcement on their job board who was picked.
and how a man who broke his leg can get better in a week, the one that i should have been substituting.nut job.i didn't want to give up cause education is my field but i signed up for the job not this whole circus.
she even replied on my message, saying that i said i wanted to receive news on email.come on;like she can't texting or sending email again.i said there is no excuse for this and i hope to find more professional, more honest employer in the future.and i blocked her.she wanted to defend herself, psycho. And this email today, what for, yack.

sorry about that / again. where are you even looking for these jobs??
in my experience, the best thing to do is go straight to the facility and ask for manager. see if they will be hiring any time soon or offer what you can do and what you expect. that way you'll know immediately what's going on.
i'm talking about "our" part of the world. of course i wouldn't even think of doing such thing in other countries

@grenery8 so there aren't other institutions where you could work?
it seems to me like you misunderstood what i said - or that i don't understand what you said. i asked you WHERE are you looking for these jobs, as in which sites are you visiting and if they are reliable or not. and i feel like you got a bit unfriendly because you understood it in some different and "belittling" way - which was never my intention
or am i wrong?

Yes I understand. Giving hope and retracting that hurts a lot.

From the start this woman was playing with me.saying i don't qualify cause i don't have a car, then asking me to come for the interview repeating i don't have a car again and how the dorm will work.nothing on their site too.
if i by any miracle had read that email, phoned her or started working, she would make something up.i shouldn't trusted her at all.she even replied on my sms, saying i mentioned my phone was not okay for calls so she emailed me.i mean, please, sending a sms or emailing me again was too much trouble for her and sending this mail again my suppose substitute is coming back,no excuse, which i also said to her. What employers do today it is close to horror story.i blocked her.thanks for understanding me.
This is clearly manipulation.

@grenery8 Yeah I understand. Such manipulation in hiring process hurts the candidate.

@Dreamerby it is clear that focus of employment isn't the job,for which i signed up for.and how a man who broke his leg can go back to his job in a week?i should have been his substitute.lies and manipulation and no humanity.she is a low being, disrespecting others like this.not only hurt, i feel molested and used and very damaged by this treatment.

This was another county from mine and a smaller town but if she had a political backup or it is a fixed job, she shouldn't have behave like this. Whom to complain, noone.but,i sent an email to officials of that town so,that's my gift to all mean people.
