America turned Red- and Neck once again!

We can assume Trump wont be asking for A recount then? This is a fair election result I guess. We knew it would be close but women just wont vote for women there and so a woman can never be President , 55% of America's women voted Trump, the convicted sex offender. even though he probably isn't) , most Democrat women voting Harris. She lost black voters, not black enough , as Trump put it. Latinos didn't really go for her either, even though she looks more Hispanic than black, 55.45 in her favour. Dade County fell to Trump, Latino central. They will be BBQ dog in celebration in Florida tonight!. Zelensky will be packing up and heading for his chopper and Iran will be very nervous. But its a victory for fake news and democracy as the Rednecks win back America.. Fair's fair. Hope he learnt lessons from last time and maybe finish that wall at last.

I never thought that American would have chosen Kamala Harris for President. Someone wants Trump to be there. You know what Mark Twain wrote about vote? “If voting made any difference they wouldn't let us do it.”

@LadyDuck At some time I wanted Michelle Obama to be the candidate. She is brilliant. But someone here replied that she would not have a chance. She was Black AND a woman.

I discovered that the US is way more conservative than what I thought. I wonder what will happen with the people who voted for him like women, Blacks, Latinos and minorities.

Their lives will improve. All you have to do is drive through America's inner cities all run by Democrats to see how life is under Democrat leadership. People are tired of being held down and raked through the mud and being told they are being helped. They don't want help. They want OPPORTUNITY. With this election result, they just got it.

@porwest For one thing, Putin will no doubt hope that Trump will immediately cease US support for Ukraine (which Trump has suggested he would do).

Trump is no friend to Putin and vice versa. Trump will be looking to stop Russia in its tracks. How would that make Putin happy?

As always, I blame the Liberals. I think they took things too far when they (in many places) stopped prosecuting shoplifters, stated tearing down Robert E. Lee statues and replacing them with George Floyd statures (metaphorically speaking, at least), etc. Trump is not an intelligent man, and he is a convicted felon and compulsive liar, but I think his "enemy from within" rhetoric resonated (perhaps largely subconsciously) with those who were tired of Liberals taking things too far. Trump is obviously compromised at this point. He often does not know what State he is in. A wild card is J.D. Vance. If Trump passes away, or has to step down, what would Vance's agenda be? He is only about 40 years old (if I recall correctly) and has already been "all over the board."

The Democrats really screwed up. I don't blame Liberals for the Dem failures.

I told NJ Chic that, if the GOP won, one of the overriding issues would be shoving transgender bathroom rights down people’s throats. Well, news reports say that 54% of those polled said transgender rights were being taken too far. Listen, 99.999% of trans people are fine, but as someone who experienced it, I can tell you that it scares the hell out of a woman to be followed into the women’s room by two guys in dresses. On the other hand, I do not want to see “open season” declared on anyone ol’ BillyJoe JimBob thinks is a threat to his pseudo-masculinity. (Source: )

I would not call this election close at all. The numbers simply do not bear that out. His final electoral number will be an electoral landslide, and so far he is winning the popular vote by a LOT. Not close at all.

Please look up the definition of landslide (besides a Fleetwood Mac song ). A landslide is 525-13, which is what Reagan had in 84. Five million votes and 279-223 is NOT a landslide. Nobody ever called JFK’s 303-219 win in 1960 a landslide.

@FourWalls An electoral landslide. The final electoral numbers are not in yet. Trump is currently at 296 and will be well over 300 when all is said and done, and there are no additional votes that will be going to Harris, so it will be 312-226. Trump will win by 2 more electoral points than JFK did, so that will make his victory an electoral landslide. That is what I am going with here. lol To take this one step further, what would you call it when Trump wins 33 states and Harris only wins 17?

Harris would certainly have been a better chose than the Putz. I guess we will see now what a shambles he makes and if he can do some good. That would be nice. Yes, more material for fake news to misrepresent.
