Mom is baking and its so good

When mom is taking the initiative to cook or to make something to eat I never meddle or stop her because this only happens very seldom because she prefers cleaning than preparing food. I dont know what its called but its baked. She told me she saw the recipe on social media and would like to try doing it. The ingredients she used were potatoes, peeled and cut, bacon strips, ham , cheese and scrambled eggs. All she did was mix all the ingredients together , placed them in a baking container glass ware and then put them in an oven. To be honest, while its baking I bcan smell its good ..and when its done and we tried it oh!! Its perfect!! Its creamy and tasty specially when its still a little hot. We decided that we will have them again this Christmas eve as one of the menu ... Good thing I took a picture before its all gone. Can you help me give it a title or a name? Any suggestions?
