Kamala's message of conceding defeat is a sign of maturity n American Politics. Not a common thing in African countries. I hope we Africans should learn alot from Americans. Most of the time politicians fail to concede defeat leading to post election chaos! Kamala is bold and is a heroine for displaying maturity in American Politics!

We Indians need to learn too. LOL. Our defeated politicos either blame the voting machines, or start disturbing the proceedings. Or make noise about something else to topple the elected folks. Yeah....American Politicians are more sensible.

@vandana7 Kamala Harris' mother is from your country. Shyamala Gopalan, was a biologist who arrived in the United States from India in 1958. Her father, father, an Afro-Jamaican who arrived in the United States in 1961.

I believe that too. But there is the tendency to ignore women....at this juncture, when Putin and Netanyahu and Khomeini are all being insensitive towards planet, with North Korea already drawn in, and China eyeing Taiwan, we need a stronger President in the US. Biden was not effective. I would personally want Obama. Trump....do we have a choice considering Harris cannot stop wars.

@vandana7 America is a powerful nation! Here in Kenya we say, when America sneezes, the whole globe catches a cold.

I’d like all American politicians to lose gracefully. Except in 2020, I think most here do. Americans do not like sore losers.

Emerging nations seem to find it hard to accept defeat, especially when it comes to politics.
