Yesterday was yet another beautiful autumn day in Central New York. Our trainer, Nicholas (dog) and I celebrated the last day of training by walking into the heart of my village and grabbing another bite to eat at a local cafe.
Today, Nick and I spent the morning running arrands with a dear friend of mine. Nick has now been to a Toyota dealership, a bagel shop (for bagels) McDonalds (for our drinks), Dollar Tree, Aldi, and Walmart.

Thank you. Yes, I am looking forward to it. Tomorrow afternoon, Nick and I are catching a paratransit bus to the city for a special type of Doppler ultrasound of my legs. Then, on the 13th, we'll ride paratransit again to another city for my bariatric follow-up, followed by once again riding them on the 18th for a Botox injection for my migraines.

Oh, no! My son just called me yesterday. He sounded awful. Seems to be COVID, but we both know how awful that cold and bronchitis combo can be. I hope you're feeling 100% better soon.

What breed of dog is he? He looks a lot like my daughter's dog who is an Austra-Doodle.
I want to get training for my German Shepherd puppy, but I don't want to take him to one of those places where you have to drop them off and leave them for 10 to 14 days.
