First all lets take this morning to honor our vets and remember them in our hearts. I was watching 60 minutes last night about how I believe it was the Israeli's are using hyperbaric oxygen chambers to improve the mental health of vets. However, the VA here doesn't seem to be in support of this. There is a congressman here who is making it his mission in life to get a study started on this. I hope he succeeds. The exposure from the program should help to make it more of a reality. Warm today, and cold the rest of the week or at least seasonable. Whats going on in your neck of the woods?

I plan to walk today while it is still warm. However, sitting here by the window it doesn't feel very warm,but of course its still early.

not much here. I am going to cook today. well heat up a can of Campbell's chunky soup but it is still using the stove.
I started a library book I am pretty sure I want to continue and I plan on writing in my journal today for sure as I haven't written in it for quite a bit.
and finally, make a grocery list as i am going grocery shopping this week

Sounds good. I think I am going to have leftovers for lunch. I will have to go to the grocery store tomorrow as I need fruit and milk. I might go to the one in the town instead of the one out here by the lake..because I think I will go to the bank as well, if I do that I will stop at DT I guess. I can get milk there for less.

@snowy22315 My soup was delicious--chicken and dumplings and there were some vegetables where in it
dinner was a hot dog and a snack cup of applesauce.
I am going grocery shopping on Wednesday as I need everything as my refrigerator is empty. I plan to get chicken and lettuce and make a chicken salad
I am going to get some fruit. But I have some frozen vegetables in the basement freezer.
I have milk I bought it a couple of weeks ago. I drink Fairlife milk because I need lactose-free milk and it lasts for a couple of months. The one I bought two weeks ago lasts until sometime in January.
the two DT's around me don't carry fresh food

My mother is sick so I have been trying to avoid her. I made her an appointment at a CVS Minute Clinic and they said she has bronchitis. I worked on my best friend's diamond painting.

It's o vercast here but not raining. My friend talks about her husband 'duck-puddling' so that's what I might be doing in the gardening shortly. I hope the term is self-explanatory. I guess it means pottering around but not getting much done.

It's 11:50 pm here. I am about to doze off. I am at 4$. trying to reach another dollar so that I can get my payout. Its been a long due.
