Honeymoon Anyone?

Pictured is Turner Falls in Oklahoma. It’s a popular honeymoon spot for people who live in Oklahoma and can’t afford to go far. Where did you go in your honeymoon? Did you have a honeymoon? My parents couldn’t afford to go far, so they went to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They saw The Passion Play (if you know you know) while they were there as well as a musical play in that area.
Anyone?

Williamsburg for the first one, it was just a long weekend, and Cancun for the second.

@AmbiePam Really? Wow, that is a coincidence. Its interesting and nice, but pretty over priced. I was there a couple of years ago, but not in the historic part..just to the town which is fun to walk around as well. I actually went to a salt cave..
There are some good outlets there. Next time I go I will probably hit those.

I am certain that your parents had a wonderful time together in Eureka Springs.
My husband and I went up to the Muskokas, to a resort just outside of Bracebridge, Ontario.
I found this picture online, it looks like the waterfalls in the town of Bracebridge.
It was a really lovely time.

I should have realized my first marriage was doomed from the start, We married in early December and went on our honeymoon to some cabins in the farthest point of Long Island in NY Montauk. When I returned I got the flu. The second time my soul mate and I had no major wedding and did not go on a honeymoon,

First husband, we went to Roman Nose State Park, there in Oklahoma. When I married Bob we went to San Antonio and other parts of Texas. I have only been to Turner Falls once. It was the last vacation trip I took with my first husband. My dad rented a cabin and my younger sister, her boys, Larry, our kids and I were his guests. It was a bittersweet time. Oh, and someone's potbelly pig joined us for our campfire breakfast.

That looks like a pretty spot. We didn’t have a honeymoon. He couldn’t get off long enough. We got married on a Friday morning and he went back to work that Sunday. We really couldn’t have afforded one either.

New York City for a few days and saw Sound of Music at Radio City Music Hall. We didn't have much money so it wasn't an expensive honeymoon.

I told my husband I would marry him if he took me back to Bermuda; so that's where we went. Have a good day.
