The Rice looks like its still hard and the chicken looks raw. She is so proud she made it. Good luck with Salmonella.
She cooked the rice for 15 minutes....

@MarieCoyle I think it can be rescued if you add more water and bring it back to a pot and turn on the stove for another 30 minutes

Since they are compressed together, @CaptAlbertWhisker, it appears to me that the rice is sticky, but the shape still suggests that it is raw. However, who knows? Perhaps they are actually prepared differently.
