Deceptive weather and cough and cold

I am dealing with a lingering cough and cold. Couldn't sleep well last night. The fluctuating weather, shifting between warm and cold, creates an ideal environment for viruses to thrive, exacerbating seasonal illnesses. The cool breeze, though refreshing, is also triggering symptoms.
Right now it's 15:28 IST. I am having a sore throat and drinking lukewarm water.
Whats's up at your end? How are y'all?

Yeah sore throat is annoying. I have difficulty swallowing food or even gulping water.

Hot tea with honey helps a lot. It coats your throat and is very soothing.

I actually drink ginger and lemon tea throughout the year. Also tulsi tea. I rrarely drink milk tea. Just black tea so I add ginger, lemon and tulsi leaves as available.

Maybe you could try some warm lemon water. It is Friday evening here, and I just finished cleaning.

Thanks. I just want my normal throat back again. Swallowing food has become much of a hectic task now.

I hope you are having your medicines . Having everything lukewarm and hot would help you for next few days. The weather is fluctuating. There are days when it is hot and days when it is not so cold , but atleast cool. I have not as usual got time to enjoy the weather that long. Personally , I got enough work piled on my side and should keep me busy again for 3-4 weeks. I have been able to cut things from my to-do list whereas it is getting piled up. Will devite again the weekend to clear them up. Hopefully , I will be able to focus on the most important things in life along with little joys in life. Take care!
