A London Ohio Police Officer whose last name is Fout is being praised for his actions of rescuing a five year old boy who has autism who was seen in a creek on Tuesday evening November 12 when Officer Fout responded to a 911 call from a concerned parent.
Officer Fout saw the boy in a creek as he managed to save the boy who would have drowned had the police officer not taken action to rescue the boy who vomited after the rescue.
The boy was taken to a local hospital to be treated for being exposed to the cold weather where the boy was released after being checked by the doctors.
I am sure that there will be questions where were the parents of the five year old boy when the incident happened.

That is a good question where the parents were located when the boy vanished.

I am sure that it was the parents who called the police to report their child missing.

The picture seems to depict that it happened at night too. Maybe, the lad escaped from a bedroom window and wandered off, and it was good that the parents noticed him missing so quickly and raised the alarm in time to save him.
