Seniors and self worship

Going by what I do every day to keep myself in trim I feel I am self worshiping. The kind of food I take, the supplements that are there in my dailly intake, medicines I take to lower my BP, a bit of exercise that my body can take, a bit of yoga - mostly breathing exercise, and last but not the least the time I spend to keep myself happy. I sometimes feel guilty that I spend more time worshipping myself than remembering God and ask His forgiveness. If this is not self worship what is?

Taking good care of ourselves is not being selfish, but a great favour we do to those who live with us. They do not need to take care of us, we do!

@allknowing - I agree, but I am sure that everything we do to stay healthy is time well spent.

I think we need to have this kind of self love.
