Posting speed at writing Sites that pay

In the good old days we would see a post written sometimes within a matter of seconds but now no mattere which Site it is some times there is a gap of three to four hours between posts. Thee seems to be lack of interest in being a part of writing Sites that pay. Probably because the paying rate has gone down terribly. There is more to writing Sites than just payment. We get to interact with users at a global level, we get to know how one lives and also learn from others. We also share what we know.
