Tonight was pork chops. I usally fry them, but that's because that's how he child prefers them. He didn't want any tonight, so I baked them. Seasoned them with butter, garlic and herb seasoning as as well as seasoning salt.
I made some three cheese Mac and cheese to go with it.
As well as "homemade" garlic cheesy bread.
Those of us who ate, ate seconds. It was good.
So that's what was for dinner here. What went on the table at your house?

@thislittlepennyearns Yeah, I don’t do it nearly as often as I used to. Maybe someday. I’ve just got to expand past Triscuits.

@AmbiePam I found a recipe I wanted to try today but it involved too much work.
Butter swim biscuits.
Just load up and come visit.
