I really hate when people call me, insist on something, while i asked beforehand that i'd like to be contacted only via email

But, no some smart pants secretary or female clerk or whatever, she didn't even introduce herself, she just stated the name of her firm.
Then she was saying something in a hurry and on my questions she kept on saying she doesn't understand me, almost shocked. I had to lie but it was partly the truth cause i really disliked talking to her, i said i'm not feeling very well. She said i can stop by next week, when i get well in a domineering tone.
I repeated to send me an email as i asked before and that i really don't feel well and that she should be more polite.
Then i hung up. I sent some papers via email to receive some social help, if it's possible and there was one document that is missing. I mean, why should i come in person if i didn't get the approvement? And i even bolded the letters in previous email, saying and asking to be contacted only via email.
Geting tired of people behaving how they want cause it's easier for them to call and bully others.
P.s. Online photo from Harry Potter movie's character, professor Snape or Alan Rickman, late British actor.

I try not to answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. Have a good day.

Don't get stress out by them too much. They are so rude just ignore them.
I hope you get the need that can really help you and deal with more professional workers.

Dealing with such rude and dismissive behavior can be so frustrating, especially when you've clearly stated your preferences. Hopefully, they'll process your request via email as asked. Stay firm, and take care of yourself—you’ve done your part. ??

I get so many phone calls...often times if I don't recognize the number, I ignore it completely or hit the "screen" button on my phone, which sends a message like this:
This call is currently being screened. Please say who you are and why you are calling.
Of course, when I go to my voice mail, most of the time no one has said anything, so I figure it was just spam anyway.
