In my last update post, I told you I'm moving. That's still the case. However, it will be awhile before I move as the apartments I'm moving to have no availability at this time. I'm also far down on the list. So, it will be awhile before she calls me. If we exchange Christmas cards, the address is the same. I'll be buying cards and sending them out in the first week of December. I will continue to pack, as I don't know when I'll get the call. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. My new stuffed monkey, Mandy. I bought it for the shoebox Christmas with Samaritan's Purse, but it was too big for the box.

I wondered if I’d be sending your Christmas card to a new address; thank you for clarifying. Did you hear Canada’s post is on strike? I hope we will still be able to send Christmas cards to our Canadian friend(s).

I must say that moving to another place is quite stressful. I had experienced this twice now. But the fun side, I can rearrange again things in the house.

I love Mandy, he is adorable

. And I am sure that he is easily manageable than a real monkey.

December is here, Christmas is here. Where did 2024 go? It's just yesterday it knocked at our doors.

That's not a bad idea. It's often easier if you give yourself time to pack and prepare. Moving is a pain in the butt with all the little things, but we can always make the process easier on ourselves.

Thanks for the heads up. I am sorry that I will probably not be able to send any cards out this year as Canada Post is currently on strike. There has been a work slow down for the past month, and I fear that any Christmas cards that we send out may not arrive for a couple of months. Good luck with the move.

So many have waiting lists. I live in a complex of small town homes. Two streets, kind of like a community in itself, built in 2013. I moved in when it was new...but there is a waiting list a mile long to get in here, as well as some other places. i hope you don't have to wait too long. Put a red ribbon on Mandy and she can celebrate Christmas!

Moving from one place to another is challenging. I have relocated a few times before, and it is exhausting to pack and unpack everything. Hehe.
