i went to mall today , and i saw my old friend, they having lunch inside the korean restaurant, i dont actually eat pork but my friend insisting me to eat but really i cant because we are religious and eating pork is forbidden, actually my old friend is filipina, she is very generous person so i like her , i think she forgot that as a malay i dont eat pork he he. but its fine then suddenly she realize that , and she want me to try the other food salad actually i dont feel comfortable joining them because she is with her daughter but she really grabbing my hands and let me sit on the chair joining them. i really like philippine culture they are very friendly! unlike my people sometimes, even if we see our own same nation in other country we just both ignore each other and never greet and smile. why filipino always smiling wherever they going they always have a positive vibes inner and idont understand that, but i guess the filipino who stay in this mylot, will agree to me that you are all incredible person. have a good day everyone

i guess some people are just like that. Bosnians are similar - if we see each other on the street, we'll be like let's go grab some coffee and ladies even invite each other to come over to their place. i'm sure you had other options too, not just pork?

@prexie i also feel weird in such situations, but i started to think "if i'd do it for them, it's normal for them to want to do the same for me"

Thank you for appreciating our eagerness and friendliness! I guess it's just our culture, our core to be hospitable and warm. Some people do not like that, some do like you.
