... and i can't believe I have to wait for 2weeks or less, customer service won't tell me exactly for a refund for a massage treatment that left my body bruised. It's like they want to drive me crazy, think i'm an idiot and they forwarded me the same email about two weeks or less. I kept on repeating that harming my body and something else it's not the same and that i want my 10 dollars this week. Ok,i'll write email every day but i'm already tired. I clearly told i reported their masseur partner and will them too but they seem to ignore that. Sorry snakes but these people are snake-like. It's really pathetic, low, inhuman of them and that masseur. Tricking and torturing people for 10dollars. Should i visit customer service in person too or another slammed doors? Unbelievable. I'm thankful i didn't pay more cause i would really feel bad about myself. Drinking some very sweet milk tea. sorry, a bubble tea. I don't know the difference.

Sounds like they were more interested in making a quick buck than doing what they were supposed to. Far too many people like that out there

@grenery8 Not tried either. I am quite conservative in my tea drinking and stick to the classics of black tea

@grenery8 I like tea but with no milk or sugar. I could add some lemon juice to some kids of tea.

Do you have medical report? I think that's the best solution to caught their attention. But I hope this will not cause you more frustration and pain... I feel you, if yi can just forgive them and walk away easily, I hope yu get your money back, but I pray that whatever happens may it give you full peace and move on about it. That's their lost big time!

What kind of massage would give someone bruises? I've had the vigorous Thai massage but never got bruises (just creaking bones ). I hope you get your refund and that your bubble tea has made you feel better. We call it milk tea here.

@grenery8 I guess you just have to charge it to experience. I suppose there's a reason why their service was on discount site -- they probably often receive a bad rating for their massage service! I love milk tea but don't have it often because I tend to gag when I drink too much of it. Here in our country, you have the option to choose the amount of sugar syrup that they can put in your milk tea. My family and I always go for 25% which is the lowest amount of sugar. Now, I want milk tea! My favorite is the charcoal Okinawa milk tea in Dakasi.

O,milk tea, thank you,i wasn't sure and,a little bit too sweet for me.do you like milk tea? It was a medical massage but by some unprofessional b person and later rude.she didn't want to give me refund in person, saying the discount site where i bought it will take care of it so not sure about the refund.site said it depends of my bank cause they cancelled my order. I mean, don't get it.

And you never got it? Really, things or people's body, nothing matters to them.and if we did the same, heavens would broke. I am sorry for your experience. I sent them one last email what goes around, comes around and i hope it goes for your case as well. Bad things should happen to bad people, not good ones.

i'm now taking a break from all of this. i wrote an email to 2news sites online and maybe they will help me or just share with the public this story; i said not to mention my name. as for discount site, i don't have a strength to communicate with them. i'll go mad and they will stay true to themselves, thieves, which they are. thank you. i hope too. i'm watching some chinese series. they are very dramatic actually, waiting for dramatic scenes cause, they relax me. thank you again. also, have you tried this bubble tea? it's so sweet, kind of strange. i bought it to feel better.
