In an effort to not waste leftovers and to get the dishes out of the fridge so I can wash them, I pulled the rest of the taco meat out of the fridge.
I used two tortillas, a scoop of refried beans, the last bit of taco meat and some shredded cheese to make a quesadilla. That was lunch.
I'm eating now, in a few minutes I'm going to go wash the dishes and put the fresh made sweet tea in the fridge.
What did everyone else munch on today?

@thislittlepennyearns I had more leftovers tucked away. Salisbury steak, rice & gray, green beans and carrots! Very yummy. It was better tonight than when first cooked!
