Chicken Rolls

Chicken rollswere my favourite in the good old days I do not eat meat these days but do remember how delicious they were.
They are easy to make The prepared chicken mince is loaded in the pancakes and rolled. They are covered with bread crumbs and beaten egg and deep fried.
Eaten hot with tomato ketchup is the way to go.

The mince is prepared the normal but what is interesting and tasty is when the rolls are made and then deep fried.

@rakski Some may taste good if they are steamed, some shallow fried, some deep fried and some eaten raw.

Wow. Those chicken rolls look a lot like our shanghai rolls that are usually stuffed with minced pork. Though I have my own version of rolls that are stuffed with ground chicken meat plus herbs and spices.

The deept frying of those rolls makes all the difference.
