A lovely day for a picnic

We went on a mystery picnic on Wednesday and after morning tea at a function centre, we hopped on the bus again and travelled to Rockingham where we had our picnic on the foreshore. We had all taken our chairs with us and settled ourselves in a shady spot on the lawned area. We had paid only a nominal amount to cover the hire of the bus and the social committee provided our meal which was a selection of foods from Subway followed by fresh fruit platters so there was plenty to eat. The seagulls were pretty keen to share in our meal and everything had to be kept covered. The collage are snaps from Golden Ponds where we had morning tea.
