What use do I make of this?

I received a few pieces of this item free along with the hand fans I had ordered to be added in the Santa goodie bags The print is in different colours and designs and beautiful It has a velvety feel and a bit thicker than a kerchief. I have abslutely no idea what use one can make of this I have plans to give them away at the party but I need to tell them how to use it Any idea?

too small to be a hanky, too small to be a placemat. How about using it as a piece under your flower vases?
