What's for dinner? November 23

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm having a roasted split chicken breast seasoned with Emeril's Essence. I normally get boneless skinless chicken but for some reason I am in the mood for crispy chicken skin. To go with I will have homemade mashed potatoes and carrots roasted with extra virgin olive oil and thyme. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I had a portion of a zuchinni casserole. It took me a freaking hour to grate those zuchinnis.

I went to the grocery store before supper. We had fake meat sausage patties, instant mashed potatoes, green beans. And a blood orange each and can't forget the Lindor chocolate ball.
