Life: What does $24 buy you at Dollar General?

There were a few things we had to pick up, so we decided to just go to the Dollar General Market instead of having to go into town. Saves on gas and annoyance.
For just under $24 we got:
2 liter of Pepsi
Gallon of Whole Milk
20 oz Dr Pepper
20 oz Sprite
Loaf of Wonder bread
Gallon of OJ
Pack of Hamburger Buns
So really, not horrible, but still more expensive than it was four years ago. Just saying.

I always forget about them. We did get one today, maybe I will remember we have it next Saturday.

It is still pretty good. I get a lot of good deals at most of the Dollar Stores, but I know how to budget shop.

That was a special request from he child. He's not eating a whole lot but he's drinking his weight in oj and Gatorade.

It's a pretty good deal, I mean I love to get Dr Pepper Zero from Walmart but 12 cans cost me $7.28 I remember the days something like this would go for no more than $5 and if I am lucky occasionally they do lower the price to that. Then I could stock up but then not be able to get other things SIGH

Walgreens has really good deals on their 12 packs and I am sure they deliver if you spend $30 or more I think it was.
