What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I am having a roasted skin-on and bone-in chicken breast. I have it marinating in buttermilk with smashed garlic cloves, kosher salt, and Penzey's lemon pepper seasoning. To go with it I am going to have some jasmine rice and Giada de Laurentiis' Artichoke Gratinata. I didn't eat much of anything today so I'm hungry and looking forward to dinner! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

@njchicaa Yours sounds good. I cooked chicken that was then laid on a bed of a sweet potato and spinach curry type thing.

We were given two cartons of cottage cheese so that will be protein tonight. I will pair that with cous cous and hubby wants canned green beans, too. We also have some of his very tasty butterscotch candy left- yup, real butter.

We have leftover chicken andmushroom casserole with fried rice. We're missing movies at the clubhouse as we're a bit worn out. I'll write about it soon.

You will probably poo poo it, but it was good eats. Fried up some chopped kielbasa, then added onions and yellow bell peppers. A little bit of minced garlic went in. A can of diced tomatoes. Some heavy whipping cream. 2 cups of chicken broth. Some broccoli florets. Salt and pepper. 3 cups of salad shell noodles. Some parsley. Cooked it all up and added shredded cheese into the mixture and let it melt. Yummy!
