How do you think it is easy to be consistent?

Consistency is hard, right? Everyone can start, but not everyone can consistently do what they have started. Some people give up easily when they feel hopeless if the results are not as expected. How do you think it is easy to be consistent?

For it to be consistent, it had to be a habit! Practice makes perfect!

Yes, you are absolutely right, although it is not easy, you have to get used to it.

I think it depends on the task, and the desire to be consistant with it. I rarely forget to arm the house, rarely forget my keys, and a hole host of little things. I'm religious about ensuring my husband gets his medicine on time. But, if it's something I'm not really motivoted to do, it can be a bit harder. Like doing a lot of cleaning. I mean I do a little bit, but I don't do a lot. We have clean dishes and clean clothes, but I don't always wash down the counters. Recently, my husband, George, has been wanting me to chill the shakes he needs to sistain himself. But, I put them in one at a time.I still keep some at room temp in case I need to put them down his tube.

It is also true that motivation is one of the things that greatly influences a person's consistency.

I believe that having discipline is essential for maintaining consistency. For instance, if you lack discipline in saving money, you will spend unnecessarily, even with a limited income. Just my two cents.
