What Was On Your Table for Dinner Tonight?

It's Tuesday, so did you have Taco Tuesday going on? We didn't! I put a pork loin in the slow cooker and it turned out so juicy and tender! We added a baked potato, green beans and dinner rolls to round out the meal. It was very good, with minimal work since the main dish pretty much cooked itself in the slow cooker. The best part is we will have leftovers for Friday or the weekend! What did you have for dinner tonight? Photo Credit: Pixabay, Public Domain

Oh, that sounds super delicious! I wish we had a nice outdoor pizza oven. I would be having pizza several times a week!!

@porwest Yeah, but during spring and fall especially, would be nice to sit outside with a pizza in outdoor oven! And summer time, you are not heating up the house/kitchen.

@kareng Cooks up just fine in the oven. I don't have an outdoor pizza oven either.

You and this joke never gets old. Sort of like the old Mike Walden line on Super Dave Osbourne when he would state that some safety device for the funny stunt man were made from genuine Saskatchewan seal skin bindings, which of course, was funny because Saskatchewan is land locked. But it never failed to get a laugh.

We had some nice red and orange carrots, refried beans, chunk of home bread and locally produced cream cheese. And a very tasty piece of hubby's butterscotch candy.

Yes, and cuts down on dirty dishes if you pop a plate in the microwave to heat up! Win!

I rarely have tacos on Tuesday. lol. Oh well. But your dinner sounds scrumptioulicious. Can I have Webster make that a word? For dinner I had some leftover pork steak, so I just cut it up and added some onions, celery and red bell pepper, cooked it up and added a can of Manwich to it, then served the mixture over baked potatoes with cheese and sour cream. Believe it or not, it's good eats.

@wolfgirl569 Mine doesn't like them. I have to sneak them in meatloaf and always in spaghetti sauce, chili, etc.
