Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

I am done in the kitchen and will be heading to bed. I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, since we will be leaving early to get to our destination for dinner!
I finally finished up on desserts. I did not get to make the Moose Farts. I had evaporated milk instead of condensed milk, so we will have those for sure at Christmas. My grandson will get a kick out of them.
Good night everyone and be safe if you are on the roads tomorrow!

We had that cold rain all day and evening here. I had to get out in it, and it was nasty.

I got two hours sleep before the alarm went off at 2 am signaling a blood sugar crash for my husband. I got up and fixed him a glass of milk and a peanut butter sandwich. He ate it and went back to bed. I sat up for a bit playing a game on my phone, looking at Facebook and then tried to sleep again. My nose is stopped up so I just got up at at 4:30 and stayed up. Cheers to coffee! I'll be looking to take a nap later today!

@freelancermariagrace yes, he does. He was fine, just needed to eat something to get his sugar level back up. I also got an awesome nap! Thanks for your concern.

@kareng Oh, does he have diabetes? I hope he is okay. I also hope you were able to take your much-needed nap. It is Saturday afternoon here, and I just gave my two dogs their early dinner.
