The sun is shining brightly today, so I will do the laundry. I'll wash the light towels I have to save money. Since I don’t own a washing machine, and I prefer not to use the landlord's machine even though the caretaker suggested it, I'll wash the towels by hand.
After I finish the laundry, I'll continue reading the book I just started, which is "Ikigai."
I just finished eating lunch, which was sardines. I love sardines, especially when they're with lots of onions. I added some chili flakes to enhance the flavor since the sardines weren't spicy enough for my taste. I had them with red rice, and it made me happy.
Now, I'm unsure about what to prepare for dinner. I’m considering making either steamed fish or "sinigang na bangus," which is Filipino milkfish in tamarind broth. What are your plans?

If you have to pay for water, washing by hand actually costs more because you're using more water than a washing machine would.
Now it's still Thuresday here for about another hour. And, I've been doing laundry and taking a bath today.

Tap water here is free, Kayla! I believe it is free throughout the entire province, but I'm not really sure.

I have one and a half hours until Friday! I am fixing to take some photos and get ready for my Black Friday online sale!
Now that the boutique that I have stock in decided to close tomorrow for the busiest shopping day of the year, I don't have to rush and get some items there. I am a bit upset because a new customer was coming back for a special item she requested tomorrow and she will arrive now to find the store closed. The owner arranged her to pick up on Friday and I told her I would have the item to her Friday morning. I just hope I don't lose this customer.
We had a huge Thanksgiving dinner today and my hubby stopped at McDonalds tonight on the way home for a Fish Sandwich. I caved and got a burger and now I'm regretting it!

Oh, that sounds great! It seems you have a store! I hope you don’t lose that new customer. Enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner! I really hope to experience Thanksgiving someday! Hehehe. By the way, why do you regret the fish sandwich?

@freelancermariagrace I don't have a store. I have retail space rented in the boutique and the same with the flea market. So, I am part of the store, but do now own the store.
I regretted it because I was stuffed again!

i'm glad you feel motivated to do laundry. i think you should use landlord's washing machine. it's difficult to wash clothes/towels by hand. you could get cold

Haha, I'm too shy to use it. And, the washing machine looks old, so I don’t want to wash the towels in it.
I usually add cabbage to sardines. What vegetables do you like to add to your sardines?
I hope you were able to bake a cake! I didn’t know you could bake - how awesome!

@freelancermariagrace i don't know, i think it's better than washing by hand, but i understand shyness. i'd be the same probably.
i get canned sardines that already have veggies in them - usually peas and peppers.
i didn't make the cake that day, but i tried new recipe also, it was supposed to be the easy one, like cheesecake
