Kerala in India is a place where one can get the best banana chips. There is a particular type of banana which mostly grows in that State which is used to make those chips.
A few years ago I was on holiday there and the folks who we spent our holidays with took us to a roadside hawker who made those chips then and there. They were onion skin thin.
I tried to make them at home They were tasty but not thin

I never ever got to taste such thin chips again

@allknowing I guess in the variety of the plant. Or is it just in thickness of the chip?

I love eating banana chips! I will try to make some at home when I am not busy.

i once bought banana chips and i didn't like it. maybe i'd like it better if i make it. but again - i don't want to waste it if i end up not liking it even when home made
