As usual I got up early in the morning. It was a few minutes to be 4 a.m.
But today I was not feeling like going for a 5kms long walk.I was tired.I went to bed.
But I was not happy or satisfied with what I was going to do.So;I summoned courage and went to the washroom.
Within twenty minutes I left for my regular walk.
Back home I was feeling fresh.
It was the first time I saw how helpful our will power is. When you don't feel like doing something you do regularly; force yourself to do it. You will amazed to see the result.

@Shivram59 Well, no. Not reallly, but at the same time, maybe. It's nice you want to stick to a routine, but it's also important to keep that routine flexible. If you're trying to start a healthy habbit, then it takes will power to get it going, but it's also okay to take a step back, too. Listen to your body. You can make yourself sick if you do something for the sake of routine.

@kaylachan I agree; but think; if I don't control my desires ; they would continue to follow them.I should be flexible; but sometimes flexibility becomes our weakness. One of my friends was a chain smoker. He gave up smoking by firm resolve.
After returning from my walk I was feeling myself stronger.

Actually I thought if I follow my body; I won't be able to continue my routine. The next day the same laziness would ask me to sleep again. And it would happen everyday. That's why I decided to ignore my desire and continue my routine.

It does happen to me that I use my willpower to do my work when I do not feel like doing it sometimes.

What you are doing is right. If we resolve to do something good for me; we must continue it.And it requires will power.Without will power you can't develop a healthy habit.
Thanks;my friend;for responding.
