Hate is a very strong emotion. It seems with some people it is easier to hate than to feel love for other people. Hate is very strong inside of you.
Hate is really bad it will eat at you.
Hate can be involved in a crime.
Hate can be involved in a relationship.
Some people even hate themselfes.
Hate is very evil and it can lead to violence.
I do not hate anyone. I see no reason for any hate to be in my life.

I might dislike someone; but I would never hate anyone. Have a good weekend.

@vandana7 God preaches forgiveness. I don't know if I could ever forgive someone who killed my husband.

@Shiva49 I have tried ignoring, then they go to the next step, and then they group and start their ridiculing. Its kinda, you need to hear me, else you suffer more humiliation. That level of perversion. Then reacting harshly becomes necessary to stop them interfering. It does stop. What they talk behind my back hardly matters. They have no business to humiliate me in any environment that I am respected in.

I hate to disagree with you but sometimes hate is a good thing, in as such as we hate disease so we look for cures...

That is correct. I hate illnesses as well. I wish they never existed.

There is some reasons I get hate, but hate is really so bad for you. Your heart really cannot take hate. Blood pressure. Its the craziest thing people have always hated but its really amazing they lived so long. In a just world we should not hate anyone until they give us a reason. In this world it just takes one stupid fool to spread hate like wild fire.

Hate is indeed a strong emotion. What's more hurtful is indifference.

I agree with you totally. I dislike several people and I am relatively sure you know at least who one of them is. I think sometimes people hate without really realizing their own feelings. Ignorance of a given situation and hating it not knowing even really what you are hating is something I am seeing. Hate wears on you and can make you sick.

Hatred is a very harmful emotion both to the ones who receive it and the person who hates. We have seen hate demonstrated through aggression or exclusion towards other groups based on skin color, religion, or beliefs. Hate crimes is another example of this negative emotion. Online hate on social media sites has become a more recent extension of this kind of hatred.
I think many people have experienced some form of hate after being betrayed or hurt physically or emotionally by someone. However, holding onto hatred over a long time can be harmful to the mind and body.

i'm glad you can avoid that emotion. i also can't hate anyone because i always try to understand them more than the action that should make me "hate them".

@jstory07 in certain situations - yes. but still - there's usually a story behind someone's behavior and i'm usually trying to be understanding.

I am a positive thinking person and being on my own I can pretty much put hate out of my life. I do know that most of the terrible things in the world happen because of hate and that is very tragic,

Well, I did hate a lot of things in my life a long time ago . After a set of traumatic events in my life, I hated my self , hated some of the people who bullied me , some people who never cared for me professionally or personally. Well, guess I got a little mature over time with all these experiences and now it is do not think about people or events that you do not like and move to things which you like. I definitely agree hate is a strong feeling and very destructive for many. It is good thing not to have hate in life and well it is important to enjoy the good moments in life. Enjoy the day!
