Tonight we are having coney dogs or chilli dogs as some may call them with potato chips it is very yummy. I hope you all enjoy your dinner whatever you are having.

We had leftover spaghetti tonight. I have chicken and dumplings cooking on the stove and also red beans and ham. We will have food for the next couple of days.

@Tina30219 I was surprised that my hubby asked for red beans and rice again today, since he ate them for dinner last night. He is usually not one for leftovers, but okay if he skips a day or two. I figured the variety would be good to have. He keeps saying that pot of red beans was SO good. They were, but needed some fresh garlic which I forgot to put in!

Sometimes a hot dog, no matter how it is prepared, is just good eats. I am not going to lie. In fact, I don't have any hot dogs in the house, and I need to get a package. We're about due.
