My Day

United States
December 11, 2024 5:25pm CST
Today was such a lazy day. I didn't feel like doing anything. Can't recall when I have felt like this. I didn't have any pain in my back, no headache, but just felt lousy. I hate to have to force myself to do things, and today I didn't feel like that. You just ever have that feeling of blah. I did some things, but not nearly enough. I haven't missed my vitamins, but just can't shake that blah feeling. Have you ever felt like that. I wonder what it is. Could just be a day in the life. But I feel lousy.

Those blah days are just that - BLAH. For me, that type of day could mean I'm physically ok but something in my life is draining me emotionally. I really don't like those kinds of days. Hope you feel better!!

You know, that could be it, not having a car and depending on other people, I think is getting the better of me.

I get those days every once in a while. It's nothing wrong per se, just your body saying slow down, relax and get the basics done.

@popciclecold If you have that feeling several days in a row, then maybe something's wrong. But every now and again, the body tells to slow down a bit.

I’m so sorry. Usually when I have days like that I’m counting the minutes until the day is over, and I can start again in the morning. I hope tomorrow you feel a lot better.

Maybe you are just depressed. I never really get the work done around here I need to do. It always just seems like too much trouble.

I have to deal with a few days where I did not want to work doing housework or sharing news from a computer especially on Sunday.

When I have a lazy day, I do enjoy them, but feel a bit guilty at the end of the day. Still, your day was more than just being lazy, a case of the blahs

Well, the blahs suck, you have no energy for anything.

Normal days I'm busy as a bee, driving from one mall to another, checking the inventory in my stores there or bringing new stocks in. When I'm at home, I crochet all day, have meetings online, and phone calls. But there are days when I just feel so lazy that I wouldn't do anything at all. It would last for a day or two. That's normal I guess.
