99 days until spring.
The flu-like outbreak in the Congo that is killing dozens of people appears, at this point, to be malaria. More investigation is needed.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, banana
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - Buffalo chicken/Swiss sandwich on 12-grain bread

Under 100 is good, though here it still won't be nice weather in spring lol.
Yesterday I had chicken and hashbrowns for breakfast, and then a sandwich for dinner. Oh and some fudge we made for Christmas.

The electric skillet I ordered from Amazon arrived yesterday, It is a skillet for one or two people like I wanted. Takes getting used to but I fried some boneless chicken pieces in it and it fries well,

Woohoo! Double digits. I can almost smell the spring flowers!
For dinner I made a kielbasa stir fried rice dish. I know whenever I tell someone that I used kielbasa they raise an eyebrow, but it's actually very good, and really, any meat generally goes with a stir fry if you ask me. Beef, pork, chicken, shrimp...so why not kielbasa?
