Sea moss is a type of seaweed that grows in the ocean. It's packed with vitamins and minerals that are good for our health. Some benefits include the following: - Supports Digestion: Sea moss helps the stomach and intestines work better. - Boosts Immunity: It can help our body fight off illnesses. - Good for Skin: Sea moss can make our skin look healthier. - Supports Thyroid Health: It has iodine, which is important for our thyroid gland. - Helps with Weight Loss: Sea moss is low in calories and can help us feel full. Sea moss is found along the coastlines of Europe, North America, and the British Isles. It can be bought in different forms such as gels, powders, capsules, and gummies. It's also great to add to smoothies, soups, and other dishes for a nutritious boost. Based on those facts, I guess sea moss is indeed a natural and nutritious addition to our diet that can help improve our overall health. It's a new discovery but I have tried some of our local seaweed. I loved it so I guess it's the same with sea moss.

Have you thought about trying it out? I love our local seaweed, so I might love sea moss too. Who knows.

@aureategloom I'm sure there's a local alternative like what we have here.

I have never heard of sea moss, just sea algae, which has mainly the same health benefits. Is this perhaps the same thing, something similar or new?

I'm not so sure so I did some research, and I found out that they are similar. But sea moss has unique health benefits. Sea algae is just a general term that includes many different types of marine plants.

I have some sea moss, a jar full I received in order to do a review. Even though it was given a mango pineapple flavoring, it still tasted bland and gross. I imagine putting it in a smoothie would make it more palatable.

It sounds like you had an interesting experience with the flavored sea moss. Our local seaweed is usually used for salads, and now I'm craving to eat one
